1. General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and jp9j ("Platform", "We") for the use of the jp9j website and all services provided on it. All financial transactions on the jp9j platform are carried out using approved payment methods, namely Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking through FPX, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

The conditions relating to deposits are as follows:

• The minimum deposit for each payment method is RM20
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered under the account holder's own name
• Deposits made by third parties will not be accepted and will be returned in full
• jp9j reserves the right to request proof of transaction if there is any doubt regarding a deposit

The conditions relating to withdrawals are as follows:

• The minimum withdrawal per transaction is RM100
• Withdrawals are processed within 1 hour once all verification requirements are met
• Withdrawals will be directed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to availability
• Full identity verification may be required before the first withdrawal is approved
• Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn

4. Bonuses and Promotions

jp9j offers various promotions to eligible users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific conditions stated at the time the offer is made.

Welcome Bonus: New users are eligible to receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of RM500. For example, if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM200, bringing your balance to RM300. The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount — in this case RM200 × 10 = RM2,000 must be wagered before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Another example: a deposit of RM600 gives a bonus of RM500 (maximum cap), bringing the balance to RM1,100 with a wagering requirement of RM500 × 10 = RM5,000.

• Each user is only eligible to receive the welcome bonus once

The jp9j VIP loyalty programme offers weekly cashback to eligible members. Bronze members receive cashback of up to 0.4%, Silver members up to 0.8%, and Gold members up to 1.2% each week. Upgrades between tiers depend on your ongoing game activity.

5. User Conduct

jp9j users are required to comply with all platform rules and to behave in a lawful and ethical manner when using our services. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Using automation software, bots, or third-party tools to manipulate games
• Colluding with other players to exploit weaknesses in the game system
• Registering multiple accounts to obtain more bonuses than permitted
• Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process
• Using a jp9j account for money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• Transferring funds between user accounts to avoid wagering requirements
• Using a payment method that is not in your own name
